The status follows the life cycle of the requests.

The first status of every Request is Pending (at the stage of undelivered request).

By clicking the Pending button the status can be changed to Delivered (at the stage when the elements corresponding to the request are in the preparation room).

By clicking the Delivered button the status can be changed to Served (at the stage when the researcher is served with the appropriate materials).

By clicking the Served button the status can be changed to Returned (at the stage when the materials were returned to the preparation room).

By clicking the Returned button the status can be changed to Reshelved (at the stage when the materials were returned to the storage).

Note: Withdrawal is possible in all states except for the last (reshelved) status!
