Templates can make data entry much easier: it is especially recommended when we need to record very similar items or folders (for example, in a photo or cassette collection) because in this case, it is enough to fill in only the variable fields, other values of the template do not need to be typed more than once:

First, the name of the template should be filled in then fill the permanent fields of the template in the same way as it is necessary for the Folders / Items module. The permanent fields can also be modified later during the data recording process.

Note: Templates can only be linked to a series, but it is possible to create several templates for one series.
