Main Menu
Use the Main Menu to select the appropriate submenu which you want to work with:
Dashboard: to have an overview of the already archived materials
Accession: to record the addition of newly acquired archival collections, and to create and edit the records of Donors
Archival Unit: to create or edit archival units and their titles at different levels of the archival hierarchy: Creating fonds, subfonds, and series
ISAAR-CPF (International Standard Archival Authority Record for Corporate Bodies, Persons, and Families): to create or edit descriptions of corporate bodies, persons, and families, that are related to the archival collections as creators or collectors.
ISAD(G) (General International Standard Archival Description): to create or edit descriptions of archival collections at the level of fonds, subfonds, and series
Finding Aids: to create or edit archival descriptions on the level of folder or item
Lists: to see and edit different authority and controlled lists used in the AMS
MLR: (Master Location Register) to register and find the physical location for the archived materials
Digitization tracking and planning archival digitization processes
Researchers Database to register researchers, their visits, requests, and statistics related to all activities of the Research Room.
